Upon being taken under the wing of a local kung fu overlord, young Hsiao Hai falls desperately in love with the local food stall girl. Luckily, she and her father are Mantis Fist masters, and they soon set Hsiao straight–it seems that his boss is also a notorious crime lord. Betrayed and alone, Hsiao must face his former friend in deadly acrobatic combat. But things take a turn for the worse when it is discovered that the crooked crime czar has mastered the skill of the dreaded “chicken fist!” Will our nimble hero get the girl and save the day?
