Hawthorne Of The U.S.A. 1919

Following a big gambling win, a young man traveling through Europe lands in a tiny country where he romances the deposed leader’s daughter, while single-handedly holding back the impending revolution. Adapted from a Broadway stageplay starring Douglas Fairbanks, Sr., this film resembles Fairbank’s own screen comedies.
