The Gang is running a combination boxing club and (wireless) shoeshine business. After the boxing gloves owner takes his gloves home, the gym rent is due, and with some customer service mistakes in the shoeshine stand, the gang needs to raise money. They drum up business by spraying paint on men’s shoes and cleaning them until a policeman catches them. One of the marks proves to be Jimbo Johnson, the “price” fighter, who bails the gang out. The identical twin brothers “Scrappy” and “Sissy” then move into the neighborhood. Mickey tries to establish the social pecking order by fighting, but the boys keep switching places and confuse Mickey and the gang.

An abused chimpanzee escapes from a zoo. On the run, he meets Farina, running away from home and his battling parents. The two become friends and inspire the rest of the gang to put on a show to make money from neighborhood kids. But the chimp has his own idea and runs off creating havoc all over town until chased down by the local cops.

The gang are living in a posh, but boring, hotel. They decide to stage a circus, which gets out of hand.

Mickey is in the hospital to have his tonsils removed. The gang decide to visit him, and end up causing all sorts of disasters. They manage to work their way into both the x-ray and operating rooms, among other places. Finally, the gang is subdued after inhaling some powerful nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

The boys cannot go fishing because they have to take care of their baby brothers and sisters. After trying unsuccessfully to sell their babies to some traveling gypsies, Mary shows up and tells them that her little sister just won a prize at the baby show.The boys decide to enter their babies in the show, only to discover that all the prizes are gone except the one for the fattest baby. Mickey comes up with the idea to enter Joe as a baby. After Joe escapes, the gang decides to make their own baby show. When the parents discover their babies are missing they assume that the gypsies stole them. When the gang finds out that their parents are after them, they hide in the gypsy wagon, which drives off. As the police and parents chase the wagon down the street, the babies start falling off the wagon and the parents stop and pick them [...]

The gang wages war using old vegetables as munitions. Later, they ruin a movie in progress when they double-expose the film.
