Spotting a man in Washington D.C. that he thinks looks like Otto Lieberman, a fugitive that caused a plane crash that killed eight people, government-agent James Madison manages to identify him by his fingerprints on a water-glass without Lieberman’s knowledge, and learns his address after having his regular cab-driver, Chuck, follow him. Lieberman is now calling himself Dr. Frederic Haskell and working with Bruce Lane on a scheme to gain control of Henry Gregory’s aircraft plant. Gregory has invented a casting-process that uses plastic for some of the parts in an airplane. Gregory was not building “all-plastic” airplanes. Learning the Lieberman and Lane have met with Gregory, Madison also meets him and asks that he be introduced to them as Robert Edmunds, Gregory’s partner in Los Angeles. Lane is a shady-lobbyist who employs Rita Bennett, who is not an operative for a spy ring, on a part-time basis to flatter and distract politicians and businessmen. [...]

Sexton Blake and Tinker foil criminal plot connected with the Tongs, and master-minded by “famous stamp collector” and millionaire.

A respected war correspondent is found murdered, with three bullets–from three different guns–in him. Three different men are arrested, convicted and sentenced to death for the murder, but only one can be the actual killer. A criminologist sets out to find who is really guilty.

Jim Cole, heir to a mining operation, takes over the mine, which is suffering from unexplained low production, and is facing a strike by the miners. Jim will soon loose the mine if production doesn’t increase and the sabotage continues. Mary Norsen, office-secretary, accidentally learns of a plot by Fred Johnson to wreck the mine and force Cole to sell his coal-mine. She and her brother, Joe, join Cole in his fight to stop Johnson.

Dr. Silas Brenton is fired from his position at a large hospital, primarily for a lack of ethics, and goes to Chicago and sets himself up as a plastic surgeon (unqualified) and seducer of women; his quack methods lead to an operating-room failure that leads to tragedy for many others.

The invention of a war machine, that brings to explosion everything one wants to, puts Scotland Yard and Captain Drummond into alarm.

In this bargain-basement actioner, a determined young woman tries to prove that her incarcerated brother is innocent. She must hurry, for he has a fatal date with the electric chair. Desperate, she enlists the aide of a shady character and a kindly district attorney. Most of the action scenes were cut from minor serials.
