Tough ex-con Glenn Barnes gets paroled from prison after serving a sentence for manslaughter. Glenn plans to reopen his old nightclub the Garage on 42nd Street. Vicious rival nightclub owner Farrell threatens to take drastic measures if Glenn goes through with his plan. After all the employees get massacred by Farrell’s flunkies on opening night, Glenn reverts back to his brutish criminal ways to exact a harsh revenge on Farrell and his men.

After seeing the film ’24 Horas de Sexo Explícito’, Dr Margaret, sexologist hires the same crew to make a new movie, doubling the time – an orgy which would last for 48 hours, to further her research on sex. When the spaceship Vertigo stops to explore a previously unknown planet, the crew finds an unrecognized dollop of protoplasm and takes it aboard ship to return it to earth for analysis. On board, lifeform expands into an oozing person-eating monster which communicates primarily by means of a Vegas lounge act. The crew is gobbled up one after another until the two surviving crewmembers come up with a plan.

No director has mixed graphic horror and explicit sex more often than Aristide Massaccesi (better known as Joe D’Amato), and no director has come up with worse results. Massaccesi made the similarly explicit Porno Holocaust, about a radioactive mutant, the same year.
