Innocent woman (Parker) is convicted of killing a blackmailer who threatened to expose her father as a racketeer. She’s sent to Death Row to await execution, to be carried out by her boyfriend (Douglas Fowley, in a rare “good-guy” role), who works as State’s Executioner!
