Mark, I Love You 1980
In emotional turmoil following the death of his wife, Hal Painter (Kevin Dobson) relinquishes custody of his son, Mark (Justin Dana), to his in-laws, Dwight (James Whitmore) and Margaret Hamilton (Peggy McCay). Eventually, Hal gets his life back on track and wants to regain custody of his son in hopes of starting fresh in California with his new girlfriend. But Dwight and Margaret have different plans for young Mark and are willing to take Hal to court to get their way.
