Grandma encourages Mickey to pursue Mary and agrees to cover for him when he sneaks away to visit her. Neighborhood bully Johnny — who also has eyes for Mary — looks for someone to slug and picks on Joe. Mickey sees this and the two face off. Mickey gets the worst of it until Grandma rallies him on, resulting in Johnny getting pretty well socked. His father comes to his rescue to help in beating up Mickey just as Grandma gets into the fight. Mickey's mother, having witnessed her son in action, comes to realize that Mickey should be a "regular boy" moving forward.

When the parents discover their babies are missing they assume that the gypsies stole them. When the gang finds out that their parents are after them, they hide in the gypsy wagon, which drives off. As the police and parents chase the wagon down the street, the babies start falling off the wagon and the parents stop and pick them up as they continue running.The adults finally catch up with the wagon, the gypsy is arrested, and the kids reunited with their parents.

The Gang is running a combination boxing club and (wireless) shoeshine business. After the boxing gloves owner takes his gloves home, the gym rent is due, and with some customer service mistakes in the shoeshine stand, the gang needs to raise money. They drum up business by spraying paint on men's shoes and cleaning them until a policeman catches them. One of the marks proves to be Jimbo Johnson, the "price" fighter, who bails the gang out. The identical twin brothers "Scrappy" and "Sissy" then move into the neighborhood. Mickey tries to establish the social pecking order by fighting, but the boys keep switching places and confuse Mickey and the gang.

The kids in the tenements have no place to play except in streets where traffic is a hazard. Mickey gets the idea of building barricades to give our gang space to play at an intersection, but a beat cop, the nasty "Hard-Boiled" McManus, puts a quick end to that. A sympathetic constable and a detective who has kids of his own give our gang a chance to help law enforcement. The little rascals wear uniforms and keep an eye on things: Joe, for instance, eyes the bananas at Tony's fruit stand. When the now-fired McManus returns and seeks revenge, the junior police force and their adult colleagues are put to the test.

Finlayson tries desperately tries to rescue Farina, leading him to wake up from what was apparently a daydream caused by the gang tossing sleeping pills into his water.

The kids are playing baseball when a man dressed in Middle-Eastern clothing comes out and tells them to be quiet. They join Mary, Farina, and Scooter in the gang's hide-out while Mary is reading ghost stories. While on the other side of the wall, the Arab-looking man is cheating people out of their money by staging a fake séance using state-of-the-art special effects. The cave entrance for the gang's hide-out collapses, so they light candles and dig into the wall, entering into the house. Those, he deceived realize they are being cheated and run to get the police to catch and book the criminals. One criminal finds out that the kids are in the house, and dresses up in a ghost costume and chases the kids throughout the house.

Many of the "Our Gang" kids are in their secret clubhouse - so secret that some wannabe members have troubles trying to find the tunnel entrance - planning their next game, which will be a Wild West shootout. They, as historical figures such as Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett, figuratively plan go to Arizona clandestinely through China and Japan, as Arizona is where they know most Indians to be, Indians who they plan to shoot. They run into some obstacles in playing the game, including objections from parents, and as such they decide to postpone it until the wee hours of the next morning and play it in the streets of the neighborhood. As it begins to rain during the middle of their shootout that morning, they decide to take refuge in a neighborhood house. What they are unaware of is that the house belongs to inventor W.R. Jones, who rigged it to be a "magnetic house", a demonstration for a possible amusement park attraction. Not knowing about the house's rigged contraptions leads to a lot of misadventures for the gang not related to shooting Indians as they try to figure out what's happening around them.
